I can’t wait to visit them again!

Their activities are suitable for children and adults. I can’t wait to visit them again.

The 3 night residential at the Ultimate Adventure Centre was the best yet.
The feedback we had from our Year 6 children was that the 3 night residential at the Ultimate Adventure Centre was the best yet. They thoroughly enjoyed the high ropes, Ultimate Assault and Surfing. Russ was an excellent leader; thoroughly professional and enthusiastic with very high standards of safety in everything he did.

The Ultimate Adventure Centre gives you peace of mind
Having worked with numerous providers over my years in education I have found that developing trust and confidence in organisations is vital. The Ultimate Adventure Centre gives you peace of mind in terms of safety and quality of activity but also in the quality of staff and facilities.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, including the exhausted teachers
We had a great two days on the Assault with Russ and the team. The whole booking process was easy and efficient, whilst the days themselves were professionally delivered. Pupil groups were excellently managed and everyone taking part thoroughly enjoyed themselves, including the exhausted teachers.

Fantastic assault course – great fun despite the bruises!
We had a family session – 2 adults and children of 8 and 9. I was surprised how well the children managed and I think this was partly down to the enthusiasm and encouragement of the instructors. We had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend it!

Fantastic fun for all of us
My husband, daughter (9) and son (16) had a great time at the ultimate wipeout. It was great to watch them too! Extremely well organised and thought out. We were in stitches watching them! Three exhausted participants by the end of the 2 1/2 hours. Great value for money.

Fab time had by all
We came here after picking up one of their leaflets at a pub in Devon – thought it would be a good treat for our 10 year olds birthday – they love Total Wipeout and were very excited… We have a 12 year old, 10 year old and 6 year old – the 6 year old did the climbing wall and the low ropes and the older ones did the Ultimate Assault – they all absolutely loved it and it was the best part of their 2 week holiday – they want us to come back to Devon on holiday next year just so they can go back there !!! – The staff were so friendly, fun and caring and really helped them – I can not recommend this place highly enough – for some fun and something totally different and exciting – if ever you are near Bideford – go here – something for everyone !

We took our 3 teenagers (13,15 and 17yrs old) to experience The Ultimate Assault Course whilst holidaying in Westward Ho! this week and what a fantastic afternoon for them and great value for money. Very challenging and team building and watching everyone attempt to leap the giant balls was hysterical. Would recommend to anyone.

Battered and Bruised BUT Totally Worth It!
My friends and I signed ourselves up to the assault course for my 21st Birthday Celebration, swapping dresses for wetsuits and helmets. We were with a really nice bunch, mixed with competent, go hard types and us, who were wanting to be a lot more relaxed. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful and not pushing us, letting us go at our own paces. It was fantastic value for money, a great way to celebrate an occasion and perfect for a final get together before we all head back to University. I will be telling everyone about this place!

I took my teenage son and a Spanish student who is staying with us to keep them busy and away from video game. What a great idea ! They had a go on the high ropes and the zip wire and absolutely loved it ! The staff is very professional and friendly, the whole place is absolutely brilliant. Absolutely recommend it. We will come back and try the rest of the adventures !

We did the Ultimate Assault Course (total wipeout) and it was such a buzz. Instructors were very professional and friendly. The facilities and equipment were in good condition. And the assault course itself was so much fun. You do a practice lap first for safety, then a timed lap and then if time you can go on whatever you want for a little while. My friend and I chose to do the entire course again it was that good. Really impressed and we will be back.

One Very Happy Bride to be
Me and my friends came and had a nights stay on the Friday and did the hen package as i am getting married in August. I just want to say that we had an absolutely perfect time!!! Could not fault it at all!! (Except from the colour of the water on the ultimate assault haha) you were soo accommodating to every need I have personally never had such service from a 5 star hotel but you were so chilled out and made us feel at home so thank you soo much. Me and my friends loved the activities. Even though I had a panic attack on the high ropes and had to get rescued but all of the staff were fantastic and the facilities too.

Amazing fun for all the family and a very happy birthday boy!
We recently tried the new Ultimate Ops – Laser Tag for my sons Birthday Party. After an initial briefing and being set into two teams we were led into the woods. Before we knew it we were throwing ourselves all over the place, ducking for cover, barking orders and getting totally engrossed in the game. There were several different games to play and each game is explained to you before it begins. The weapons are easy to use and there are opportunities to use a differing weapon throughout the sessions. This was one of the best days out that we have had as a family and we will certainly be going again. Worth every penny.

My 9 year old daughter has been twice now and both times loved it, instructors were great. Definitely will be returning.

30th Birthday Fun
We went to do the ultimate assault course for a 30th birthday and had a really great time. The instructors, Danny and Sam, were really good and helped to design the session around our team. The course was tough but ultimately depended on how tough you wanted to make it for your self. Where people had concerns Danny and Sam supported them and helped to find the best solution for that person. The café gave a great viewing point for the rest of the family to watch and sold some great cake and scones. If we lived near by we would visit again and try some of the other activities.

Great Day Out For A 12 Year Old’s Birthday
I took my 12 year old son and three of his mates to The Ultimate Adventure Centre. They did The ‘Awesome 4 Some’ high wire activity in the morning and The ‘Ultimate Assault’ in the Afternoon.
Awesome 4 Some consisted of a very high set of obstacles and climbing challenges culminating in a long zip wire ride. Once on the ground the kids did the multiple climbing walls. Its all outdoors so I can imagine it being a bit more challenging in the wet, but they had an absolutely brilliant time doing the challenges.
We took a packed lunch but there is a cafe on site.
In the afternoon the kids did the Ultimate Assault. This is a total wipeout type course with a series of dry and wet challenges. Everyone is togged up in wetsuits (and they have spare trainers to get wet in thankfully!). I’d say the boys enjoyed this even more than the morning activities, especially as one of the boys came in 1st place on the timed circuit.
The high wire stuff seems very safe as each person is in a full body harness and securely attached to heavy duty steel rail. Total wipe probably has more opportunity to bump yourself, but helmets, lifesavers etc seem to take pretty much all the risk out. Also staff are VERY attentive to safety.
Talking of the staff, I have to say the guys at the centre are excellent. They want you to have a good time and put a lot of effort into making this happen.
So, overall, a brilliant day out for a bunch of very active 12 year old boys but there were groups of young adults, couples, etc who seemed to have equal fun. Enjoy!

An Excellent Afternoon
I booked for my daughter and a few friends to go and do the ultimate assault course for her 10th birthday, they loved it and us adults wanted to join in too! The staff were great very encouraging. My only concern after booking was that they would be doing it with other people they did not know but the staff kept the 3 different groups quite separate which meant my daughter and her friends still had there little group. My only advice would be preferably do the ultimate assault on as warmer day as possible! a bit of standing around which was not much at all but when they had been in cold water it seemed a lot longer for them and their chattering teeth and wobbly legs. We had the party food after which was a more than adequate amount of food and the hot chocolates went down a treat! I would definitely recommend this too anyone who is physical and reasonably fit who wants to push themselves a little great for kids and adults alike! We will definitely be coming back (maybe this time the mums!)

Holiday Club at the Ultimate Adventure Centre
I don’t usually put my children in holiday club as I work part time and can usually juggle the holidays with grandparents etc so it was with trepidation that I dropped my twins (boy and a girl age 9) to the Ultimate Adventure Centre yesterday for a day of Archery and laser shooting! All day I was concerned about them so perhaps turned up 5 minutes early to pick them up and was greeted with ‘Oh no not yet we still have one more game to do!!’ They absolutely loved it, made new friends and tried things they had never done before. The helpers were lovely and still bright and cheerful after a day with 20 odd kids from 5 year olds to teens…hats off to the Ultimate Adventure Centre definitely an experience we will be repeating xxx

Best Two Days
My 10 year old son had the “best two days”! Rated against other, similar, adventure centres in the area, he pipped Ultimate to the top.
The Staff were incredibly welcoming and reassuring. Table top Games were ready set out when we arrived at 8am and breakfast served soon after. The atmosphere was calm, prepared and professional. I had never been there before & left confident that my son would be well looked after and have fun! When I collected him later at 5pm, my son asked me to collect him, the next day, nearer 6pm! He absolutely loved every minute!
We will definitely be booking again.
