Training and Assessment for the ERCA High and Low Ropes Award

The ERCA Traditional Ropes Course Instructor course offers a recognised standard for people who operate or work on traditional high ropes courses.  This can include High and Low Ropes Courses and activities such as Jacob’s Ladder, Leap of Faith, Crate Challenge etc, typically these courses use an auto belay system.

The course includes both practical and theory elements to sufficiently cover the entire syllabus to ensure a wide ranging knowledge. We can run the course from our centre in North Devon, but can also deliver the course at High Ropes courses throughout the UK.

The ERCA training will be based from our site in North Devon, but will also use High Ropes courses throughout Devon. The next ERCA training and assessment is scheduled for the 27th February – 3rd March 2017. Further dates will be added throughout the year, for more information look at our training schedule.
